Notice of Infringement – Claim:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, you may submit a takedown notice to our DMCA Agent. To file a claim, your notice must include the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with sufficient information to locate the material (please provide the URL of the page in question).

Sufficient contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email address, phone number, and fax number.

A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner.

A statement that the information provided in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material:

If you have received a notice that your material has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you may provide us with a counter notification to request the restoration of the material. Your counter notification must be provided in writing to our DMCA Agent and should contain the following elements, as outlined in 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

Your physical or electronic signature.

A description of the material that was taken down and its original location.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found). You should also state that you will accept service of process from the person or company who provided the original infringement notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy:

We take copyright infringement seriously and maintain a list of DMCA notices from copyright holders. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and handle repeat infringers. Any user found to be violating our repeat infringer policy will have their accounts terminated.
